Where can l try on/view products?
We have stockists throughout the United Kingdom – please check here for your nearest stockist.
How can I contact you?
You can contact us by either phone on 02030263897 or email at info@londonroadjewellery.com where one of our experienced customer sales team will be able to help you between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Once I place the order how long does it take to dispatch my jewellery?
Deliveries take up to 5 working days and are delivered between 7am-5pm (excludes weekends, bank holidays and public holidays). All deliveries will require a signature.
What happens if I am out when the parcel arrives?
Royal Mail/DHL Secure Couriers will leave a card telling you how to re-arrange a delivery.
Do you charge for delivery?
No, we offer FREE delivery worldwide.
Can I return an item if it is unsuitable?
You may return the Goods to London Road Jewellery for any reason up to 14 days after delivery, providing the Goods are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging (in the event that the Goods have been worn or damaged or are not in their original packaging, London Road Jewellery reserves the right to re-charge to you the price of the Goods and all charges and expenses inccured).
London Road Jewellery reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
How do I return an item?
Goods must be returned to: London Road Jewellery, BM BOX 8143, London, WC1N 3XX by Royal Mail Special Delivery requiring a signature on delivery. Please note, courier companies DO NOT deliver to BM boxes.
London Road Jewellery will refund to you the price of the Goods.
If I order the wrong ring size can I return it for the correct size?
Please contact us and one of our experienced sales team will be able to help and advise you, unfortunately we do not carry all our rings in every size. Our goldsmith’s are able to resize a selection of our rings – please email to enquire.
Do you gift wrap?
We are happy to gift wrap upon request.
Can you deliver to another address?
Yes, as long as you state this at the time of ordering, there is a delivery address button that you can click on and we will post to that address, unfortunately this can not be changed once you have placed your order.
How do you send the jewellery?
Our jewellery is sent in a London Road presentation box with a gift bag. The jewellery is sent by Royal Mail/DHL Secure Couriers, however it will state on the bag, it is from London Road with our BM Box address on the front.
Are the product images actual size?
The images displayed may not accurately represent the actual size of the products. All sizes, weights and measurements (where detailed) are approximate and are only for guidance.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, our website uses a secure server. Your credit or debit card details are processed through the SagePay secure payment system. No credit or debit cards details are held by London Road Jewellery.
